Directions

To use, remove the pad from its wrapper and place it in your underwear with the adhesive side down. For best protection, ensure the pad is centered and covers the entire area. Change the pad every 4-6 hours or as needed based on your flow. After use, wrap the pad in toilet paper and dispose of it in the trash. Always wash your hands after handling used pads.
